Giulia is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher for Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork.
With a holistic approach, she supports people in bringing more balance, mindfulness, and well-being into their everyday lives.
She teaches predominantly in English, welcoming practitioners from all backgrounds.
Yoga is for everyone, and Giulia accompanies you thursday from 18:30 - 19:30, helping you reconnect with yourself and bring more ease and balance into your daily life.
